Two times within a year, this company has FAILED to deliver flowers after confirming the order. When a friend or family member passes, we want to show our care and concern by sending flowers if we are unable to attend the services. They refunded the money but that's NOT the point. I wanted the flowers delivered as promised. And in BOTH cases, when I contacted customer support, they blamed someone else and said it was beyond their control. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!! They took the order and my payment and should deliver as promised. I might accept one mess up. BUT TWO, within 7 months!!
