Don’t bother buying. Terrible company to deal with, extremely sketchy and relies on AI. I ordered about 10 days ago (to which the delay was blamed on the Easter sale 2 week ago).
I tried contacting them about my order multiple times for over a week and a bot tells me it’s “still being shipped”.
Finally got a reply from a human after I requested my order to be cancelled and refunded. They’ve advised they have “started the cancellation process” but I haven’t received any confirmation of any refund, and my order is still showing as active. They can still happily post their content all over socials tho :)
It’s like pulling teeth! Lodging a dispute with PayPal seems to be the quickest option
