Made an order over a week ago, no updates no dispatch notifications, was advised that due to easter sales weeks ago there was a delay dispatching orders. I have seen so many comments for people waiting 3+ weeks for their orders to be dispatched and eventually needing to dispute with theit banks to get refunds. Was my first time ordering with echt and will be my last, I did a large order so hopefully the items are okay quality and I won't have to deal with customer service again. The delay in shipping is enough to turn me off for life. Tried reaching out on socials and my comments got deleted and I was blocked! Come on echt give everyone their stuff they've paid for it!
