We were eager to receive our package, but soon felt let down when the sizing was incorrect. The items, still tagged and in their original packaging, prompted me to seek an exchange for a different size, which was not available. I assumed that a size exchange would be offered, especially since the products were in pristine condition. Now, I have items that aren't suitable and will need to spend more to purchase the correct size. I strongly believe there should be a policy for size exchanges.
