We were eagerly awaiting our package, but we were soon disappointed by the incorrect sizing. The items were still tagged and in their original packaging. I tried to request an exchange for a different size, but that option was not provided. I expected a size exchange to be possible, especially since the products were in new condition. Now, I have items that don't fit and will incur extra costs to buy the correct size. I truly think a size exchange policy should be established.
