I placed an order yesterday and I accidentally bought wrong size. I been messaging and did everything that the website suggested me to cancel the order. I chatted on their ai chat box which suggested me to leave message with email address and I did that. On top of that I cancelled that order with in an hour of my purchase from their website and got notification since it's not dispatched yet they can refund me. Now how silly they delivered me the product. And when I emailed them they said I have to take it since it's sale item and they have delivered it coz they forgot to check their email early morning. And they don't do refund on sale items. I m really disappointed with the customer service. Even though it's sale item if customer are not happy they should take it back and I have been trying to contact them from the time I purchased.
