I ordered a pair of lycra wide leg pants that arrived faulty on the same day they were delivered. I immediately contacted customer support and provided clear photos of the fault and the product tag.
Instead of acknowledging the issue, I received a generic template response asking for excessive documentation (including washing details, the A4 picking slip and the barcode on the packaging).
Despite already providing clear images of the defect and my order details, the process felt designed to delay and discourage legitimate complaints rather than resolve them. I complied with their excessive process and sent the additional images as requested. It has now been two days with no response, showing just how poor their customer service is.
The leggings themselves are cheaply made and I would not purchase from this brand again. This entire process feels designed to frustrate customers and discourage legitimate complaints.
Avoid at all costs.
