I purchased an iStick Power 2 on 2nd May 2025, but the first device developed an overheating issue shortly after arrival (I even sent a photo showing the temperature at 36.7°C). Customer service were helpful and arranged a replacement, which I received around 20th May.Unfortunately, the replacement device has now also failed — it stopped charging on 1st December, only about six and a half months after I started using it. I contacted the team the next day, and they provided a returns label to check the device.Throughout this whole process, the communication from staff has been polite, responsive, and professional. However, I am disappointed with the durability of the devices I’ve received, as I would expect them to last much longer under normal use. I’m currently waiting on a resolution and hope the company can offer a fair outcome, given the full timeline and circumstances.Overall, great customer service but inconsistent product reliability.
