I've been ordering from e-cigarette for quite a few years now, sometimes in store and sometimes on-line. The service in the shop has always been excellent, delivered with friendliness and good humour. When I've orderd anything on-line, delivery has been in 24-48 hours and always faultless. If I've needed to speak to customer service, again very helpful and very friendly. A great company, with great products and pricing, and GREAT staff.

I ordered a new e cigarette machine and then browsed the website for some liquid. I had free postage on the order for the machine but didn't think to order the liquid at the same time. 1hr later my phone rang... they called to ask if I would like them delivered together and then refunded the postage! What a refreshing change!
I purchased an iStick Power 2 on 2nd May 2025, but the first device developed an overheating issue shortly after arrival (I even sent a photo showing the temperature at 36.7°C). Customer service were helpful and arranged a replacement, which I received around 20th May.Unfortunately, the replacement device has now also failed — it stopped charging on 1st December, only about six and a half months after I started using it. I contacted the team the next day, and they provided a returns label to check the device.Throughout this whole process, the communication from staff has been polite, responsive, and professional. However, I am disappointed with the durability of the devices I’ve received, as I would expect them to last much longer under normal use. I’m currently waiting on a resolution and hope the company can offer a fair outcome, given the full timeline and circumstances.Overall, great customer service but inconsistent product reliability.
Good price and excellent product, I had a problem with the Voopoo Drag 3 that I bought and rang customer services who gave good advice but it still didn't work, so for anyone else I didn't realise that there is a small celaphane cover on the bottom of the preinstalled coil that has to be removed so battery can make contact!
I only recently made my first order with this company and I made an error in the order, but customer service was incredible and very helpful with my situation, informing me that the product I had ordered would still work while also providing me the option to return the item unopened for a refund, the products work as intended, the flavours of the liquids are incredible and customer service are very understanding and helpful, I will absolutely use this company again in future!
