I bought items from Éclat via Brand Alley. It was faulty, and I reported this. I answerd the same question several times before they issued me with a returns form. The item was returned to them on 9th June and there has been no update about my refund. Again, I have had to resend details they should already have and said they couldn't find my return. They've now said my refund has been issued but will take a further 15 days to be processed. Totally unacceptable service.
