Received my products. Candle and a hydration foot cream. I haven't tried the cream yet, however, the candle is a silly size and I was not expecting that, it is too small for the price £5. The company is under Superdrug, I wonder if they know, leading people to buy under false pretenses. I will never buy from them again. Lesson learned. Do not buy from this company.
I bought items from Éclat via Brand Alley. It was faulty, and I reported this. I answerd the same question several times before they issued me with a returns form. The item was returned to them on 9th June and there has been no update about my refund. Again, I have had to resend details they should already have and said they couldn't find my return. They've now said my refund has been issued but will take a further 15 days to be processed. Totally unacceptable service.
Ordered a toner from wowcher from this company, to not receive my order. I email the company and after a good few days they tell me that they have posted items to me. When I received my parcel it was the wrong order. I emailed the same person that I emailed before to be ignored. Terrible service, I would not recommend them.
7 LED FACE MASK. Cheap tat that quickly developes faults.No responses at all from eclats customer service.Really Really wish I had seen all these other reviews here before I purchased. Had to involve payment provider in order to recieve my refund back NEVER AGAIN
