As echoed by others, I've been with the company for about 15 years. I had a static IP address crucial for remote business access, but they suddenly dropped it, crippling essential systems. You call them, raise a ticket, and get told the issue is fixed—when it isn't. They take weeks to respond. If you have an account with them, seriously consider switching.
