I have been with this company for nearly 20 years. It used to be excellent, but I never received an email notifying me that my contract was ending. Subsequently, the speed has significantly declined, and when I reached out for assistance, the only response I received was that it was resolved, which it clearly wasn’t. They continue to take my money, yet I haven't heard from them despite my messages. It's time to look for a new provider.

I've regained access to my email, but lost all my historical messages. It's almost comical if it weren't so frustrating.

I had a .com domain registered with the company. Recently, they decided to change suppliers and sent several emails about it. A call to their support team assured me that the service would continue. However, the domain has vanished, and I have no information on how to access it, despite the promises made in the emails.

Something seems off with their systems; customer service needs a serious review.

You call them, raise a ticket, and get told the issue is fixed—when it isn't. They take weeks to respond. If you have an account with them, seriously consider switching.
