I've been with the company since 2003, and initially, their support was good. However, after being acquired, everything changed. I recently requested an upgrade to fiber, but my line went down for nearly a week. I felt misled by polite engineers until one intervened and resolved my issue. Now, after the upgrade, I'm facing more delays. Their service is relatively expensive, so I expected better. I might stay if they fix it soon, but I wouldn't choose them again.
