Like another reviewer, I've been with the company for over 20 years. I previously praised them, but my latest experience has been disappointing. I've received several calls from an unknown number, which I ignored for safety. Today, I answered one, and the caller asked for security details. I declined and requested a text or email instead. I received an email wanting to discuss my account, but after a lengthy wait on the phone, I gave up. Their chat service suggested I call accounts, but couldn't arrange for them to contact me. Something seems off with their systems; customer service needs a serious review.
