Further to my complaint in December 2022, on Saturday 7th October 2023 my very elderly mum had an email supposedly from eclipse saying this is a last warning (she hasn’t had any other correspondence since December 2022) to pay £42.80 immediately or they will start legal proceedings against her. She 87 and now very worried. I’ve emailed eclipse to check if this is a scam but haven’t heard back yet, (now Tuesday 10th evening). If it is eclipse, it’s shockingly disgusting behaviour. I asked eclipse back in 2022 to please not contact my mum anymore (she’s very vulnerable now) but to contact me instead & I would deal with whatever, that obvs wasn’t taken on board.
