I strongly advise against using this service! I can only give one star because I couldn't rate it lower. If this review prevents even one person from wasting their money, I’ll be satisfied. We initially chose this service for its supposed convenience, but we faced numerous issues after paying the deposit. They installed a significant number of solar panels without advising us on necessary materials, leading to leaks in our home. Despite multiple calls and complaints, they refused to take responsibility. After five months of hassle and unprofessional communication, I am still awaiting an apology.
