Eco Energy installed 10 solar panels on our roof yesterday and the system is working as expected, given light levels in early February Edinburgh, the culmination of a process which from the visit of the salesman to installation took 10 days. We are entirely satisfied with all aspects and stages of the process. The information we received and time taken by the salesman to answer all our questions was much appreciated. We felt under no pressure and we were grateful for the clarity in which technical matters were explained to the technically ignorant (us).On the day of the installation the electrician, Darren, and his mate Sean arrived as planned and proceeded to install the inverter, and batteries and run the wiring to the roof panels quickly and efficiently. We were impressed with their technical skills and problem-solving abilities in what wasn't the easiest installation, due to limits of space, and they did a fantastic job. Finally, the App was ably demonstrated The roofers arrived later on the same day, having been delayed due to a vehicle breakdown which was resolved quickly and we were kept fully informed throughout by the Glasgow office who resolved the problem.The panels were installed quickly and we were later shown photos of the methods used to secure the panels to the roof, and to deter nesting birds, and time was taken by the gentleman concerned to fully explain their work. Again, very reassuring.All in all we can't speak too highly of the efficiency, competence and professionalism of all concerned and we are satisfied that should any technical issues occur in the future they will be dealt with in a similar manner.
