Ordered 4 Eco-worthy batteries for my golf cart I use around my retirement community through Amazon. Received the batteries. Of the 4 only 3 are good at13+ volts 1 of the 4 only reaches 11.8 volts which renders the pack as useless on 48v cart. To be fair before deciding to request replacement or refund, I put on lithium charger I bought with the batteries and attempted recharge a few times before Informing you that the bad one needs replaced as you apparently DO NOT check for quality assurance BEFORE shipping to customer. simple, send me a good one with return shipping label, I send the bad one back which shouldn't be a problem under warranty as the below quality batteries are useless without full charge. In 2 more days I'll be ineligible for a refund which you are apparently dragging instead of accepting responsibility for sending me an unchecked product for quality. I have emailed with no response 4/28/25. It is 4/30/25 and am OFFICIALLY requesting a full refund with return P.P. shipping labels for all 4 batteries. OR send a GOOD replacement battery for the bad unit via fastest overnight shipping and I send the BAD one back. Immediate response is needed as I have already tried to resolve the problem prior with no response from Eco Worthy. I will be speaking with the Consumer Protection Agency. having this problem is ridiculous. What gets me is that all you had to do was make sure ALL the batteries you sent me are inspected and in quality condition. I would be a happy camper and give you praise for quality product, 5 star. Instead you go cheap with no quality control and send out low quality, unchecked product. What a shame, seems like a quality product according to your website.P.S. This is how I write a useful review, honesty and truthful experience. No worries, this will be copied and forwarded appropriately. This is what I dislike about internet business instead of in person, over the counter.
