I had an Ecoworthy 2000w Inverter fail. It had been used on maximum output less than 1000w - Something inside went wrong. Ecoworthy took full details of the symptoms but could not puzzle out whether anything could be easily rectified. Without me having to ask, they offered me a replacement, which I accepted and that was dealt with promptly.
I bought 3 server rack batteries and 2 battery monitors. There was a missing component in one of the orders, but the support team responded promptly to resolve it. The batteries have been functioning perfectly, and I am very satisfied with the products.
