The Dehumidifier machine we have has been used since 2014 and so, when we needed a new filter, we were concerned that it may not have been available/deleted. However, EcoAir provided the identical filter (to match our domestic-use Dehumidifier). Great service, and, of course, after 10 years of using the machine, the build quality demonstrates that EcoAir is an expert in the industry.
