The service was reliable with smooth delivery. The dehumidifier works effectively, providing warmth in my chilly apartment while in operation. However, it does produce an unpleasant odor when the air purifier is on; I'm not sure if this is normal.
I've owned three different brands of dehumidifiers but only realized their inefficiency after getting this one. Although it was slightly pricier, its performance far exceeds the others. I have to empty the tank daily, so I might connect a pipe for convenience as it's in my garage. It keeps humidity levels at 40, where my previous units struggled to stay near 60. The fan's directional blades are helpful for air circulation. It's also much lighter than my previous models when lifting. I’ll definitely buy another when I can.
