Absolutely unimpressed!!! It feels like we were rushed into this upgrade as part of a hurried job due to our housing situation. We're left with damage in our rooms from water caused by the contractors, carpets not properly refitted, large areas of undecorated walls, exposed wires on the building's exterior, and a huge fan placed in a very unsafe location, even after requesting its relocation! The service team seems to think they offer good customer support, but that’s not the case; once the job is done, they completely stop responding to our issues. It’s been almost two months since the installation, and we are still waiting for resolution. I would not recommend them at all.
