Utterly disappointed! It feels like we were rushed into this upgrade as part of a hurried job due to our housing situation. We are left with damage in our rooms from water caused by the contractors, poorly refitted carpets, large sections of walls that remain undecorated, exposed wires on the exterior, and a massive fan placed in a very unsafe location despite our requests to relocate it. The service team seems to believe they provide good customer support, but that's far from the truth; they vanish after the job is completed, leaving our concerns unaddressed. Nearly two months after installation, and we're still stuck without resolution. I wouldn't recommend them under any circumstances.
In September 2025, the service provided and installed my solar panel system. I did my research, and they met all the requirements. The deposit was only £200, and nothing was due until the job was fully completed. I was contacted before installation to discuss everything related to the setup. The representative took the time to explain everything thoroughly, ensuring the installation was neat and not rushed. After installation, they also explained the app in detail, making sure I understood how to use it and addressing any questions I had.
Very easy and straightforward process. I purchased an EPC certificate for my property as we are selling, and our previous one had expired. I was contacted the next working day to arrange a convenient time, and it was completed, with the certificate received the same day. Excellent service, highly recommended.
The service has very poor communication! It was poorly organized! I wasn't informed about the large fan that now sits on our small patio, which is noisy and close to my bedroom window, creating a trip hazard! I also wasn’t told about the large water heater that had to fit in my airing cupboard, taking up all the space! There was no communication about anything! I felt for the workers who had to install it all, as they lacked answers and information as well. The entire experience was stressful and costly for me. I felt undervalued because of my housing situation. Thank you for nothing!

We're left with damage in our rooms from water caused by the contractors, carpets not properly refitted, large areas of undecorated walls, exposed wires on the building's exterior, and a huge fan placed in a very unsafe location, even after requesting its relocation! The service team seems to think they offer good customer support, but that’s not the case; once the job is done, they completely stop responding to our issues. It’s been almost two months since the installation, and we are still waiting for resolution. I would not recommend them at all.
After the assessment, I requested a paper copy since I couldn't access it online. I didn’t receive it, so I called the service on September 29. I called again on October 1 because I received a copy with mistakes. They stated the property was mid-terrace (it’s semi-detached). They also rated the hot water poorly, which is from a heat pump that I've been informed is good. I'm still waiting for the corrected copy to arrive.
