After the assessment, I requested a paper copy since I couldn't access it online. I didn’t receive it, so I called the service on September 29. I called again on October 1 because I received a copy with mistakes. They stated the property was mid-terrace (it’s semi-detached). They also rated the hot water poorly, which is from a heat pump that I've been informed is good. I'm still waiting for the corrected copy to arrive.
