Really easy to arrange, really friendly inspector and it didn’t take long to do. The certificate link was emailed the same evening. Would have been a 5 apart from one small mistake saying we didn’t have a smart meter, when we did. Apparently it makes no difference to the rating, but I just found it a little irritating as there was no conversation about it, and he’d put his bag in front of the monitor.
