arranged an appointment for a energy certificate from energyperformancecertificates.co.uk after seeing excellent reviews. surveyor visited and made wrong assumptions about insulation, gas heating. after asking for explanation, the surveyor didn't respond. followed up again after a week and again no response. customer service team informed that their job is done and I need to deal with surveyor directly.. unbelievable ..
