Don't waste your time bringing your phone to these machines. They will rip you off. And what's strange is how I tried to sell my phone online while at home and they offered me $158 and each time I went back the price went lower and lower. A week later the price lowered to $141. I went to a friend's house and used her computer. Surprisingly the offer was back up but to $162. Unless you need cash BAD, move on. I sold my phone on offer up for $240
