They are pretty transparent about everything is what I like. They give you plenty of chances to get your phone back if your not satisfied with the payout. The only downside is they don't buy phones that are too new but yet they don't pay for really good old phones. I've spent 1290$ for a phone three years ago and the offered more for a phone that only costed me 70 bucks and the gold content was way more in the the more expensive phone.
