The machine was conveniently located within a nearby Wal-Mart and was a simple system to use. The instructions were clear and step by step giving the user ample opportunity to make corrections prior to doing the next step. It also corrects errors i.e the wrong cable connection, with ease and efficiency and then walks you through the rest of the process without having to start all over again.
Two minor problems....
1. The first sticker I got was not printed properly, but I was able to get a new sticker and continue on easily
2. The online estimator has been down for 2 days now so I don't know if I was going to get any cash (I didn't)
Even without getting any money it was still a convenient method of recycling these old electronics. I was approach by someone as I was using it who asked if it was working because he had 4 or 5 old phones at home he needed to get rid of.
All in all a very good experience.
