Really wanted to stick with this company given their mission and some of their products are good- e.g. paper "bubble" wrap alternative and paper tape. However, my problem with the company came when I attempted to move my packaging supplies to them from Uline in order to 'green' my shipping materials. I ordered a very simple box in the same dimensions that I have always ordered with Uline. The EcoEnclose boxes are so flimsy that they tear at all four corners of the top piece when folding shut which makes every order look bad and the integrity of the packaging is shot. When I contacted customer service with my issue they suggested that my cardboard boxes had expired. Besides the ridiculous notion that cardboard can 'expire,' I responded that the boxes are stored indoors in a climate controlled space and they were within one year of purchase. Their response was: may we help you place another order for boxes that better meet your needs? No offer of even a partial refund.
