Unfortunately, I'm very disappointed with my recent purchase. Up until then, I was very satisfied with EcoEnclose. This time, I tried to reorder the same boxes I've been ordering for my business for years, but their website changed and I was confused by the new ordering process. Coupled with that, I tried to hit the "reorder" button, which would have simplified things, but for whatever reason it wasn't working to import my previous orders. Long story short, I ordered the wrong material which was 23B strength instead of what I was ordering in the past - I'm not exactly sure what the previous strength was as this is a new feature when ordering. I received the new boxes and discovered the quality is no where near the quality of the previous boxes. These look horribly cheap and don't even line up properly when closing them. I spoke with someone at customer service who let me know it was my error and she could do nothing to assist me. Since I'm unable to return them and they are far below the standards I keep for my business I will be discarding them in the recycling bin. I take ownership that it was my fault for being confused with the new layout, but the inferior quality of these boxes is on EcoEnclose.
