Darren was polite,helpful, always at hand, answered every question, and always got back to you if the phone was not answered throughout, from the start to the finish of the installation. You hear a lot of complaints about bad workmanship, teams,scams and reps, or agents who are dishonest to get their commissions, but NOT from this company.
