Initial order was great once it all turned up, came in bits and pieces, batteries then panels then smart meter and a week later the battery link lead, which wasn’t ideal, but ok a little delay is no issue really.

I then purchased the pitch roof mounting kit which is great and came in no time.

But then the issue, I purchased an additional battery (ac pro) which arrived with zero charge in it and I haven’t been able to wake the batteries BMS back up.

I obviously requested a replacement battery straightaway. I processed my request as required and provided all the relevant info. I chased this up via a phone call after 4 days only to be told I would be contacted within 5 days, which I was 4 days later. At this point in was informed a replacement battery won’t be available until mid may (approx 2 months after paying in full) but if that not acceptable they would credit me the money. Whilst the credit would solve the money issue this wouldn’t help as I’m now locked into the ecoflow system and batteries are now going through the roof so that would be a pointless resolve. Whilst I appreciate things go wrong it’s how you correct the issue that matters and whilst it appears I can’t buy a seperate battery, I could buy a full system which feels a little like it’s more important to get new business then it is to look after their existing customers. I am impressed with the system itself and I have recommended it to several people including my neighbour who bought two complete systems, but now I’m very disappointed with such a long delay for a core item. Sours the experience of what is a great product.
