mostly good products but... Ecoflow no doubt has a LOT of sales to AMERICANS. But their customer service reps ALL have an accent that makes them VERY difficult to understand to Americans. I think Ecoflow has virtually no regard/respect for those of us in America. Had I known this beforehand, I doubt that I would have purchased 5 of their generators.
