I received an unsolicited call attempting to convince me that an offer for a free test and a grant voucher (only usable with them) was not a marketing call. This is clearly misleading. Additionally, the name of the person they wanted to contact was obtained improperly, raising serious data protection concerns that they seem to have ignored.
