We recently had windows and doors installed and I can't express enough gratitude. The communication was prompt and clear throughout, and the installation team collaborated perfectly! We faced many challenges with previous contractors, but having this service truly helped us navigate those tough times. I highly recommend them for their expertise and reliability.

I admit, I can be quite critical, especially when promises aren't kept, but I'm always pleasantly surprised when I receive both what was promised and excellent service. This has been my experience with this service. Five years ago, I self-built my home using their windows and doors, and I was thrilled with both the product and the attention to detail. Recently, I had an issue with a back door seal. The arrangements were made efficiently, and the technician was polite, listened to the problem, resolved it quickly, and even made slight adjustments. Everything is perfect again. Excellent work!
We were impressed by the windows showcased at trade shows. After placing an order for nine triple-glazed UPVC windows, we found the quality to be good, with solid frames and smooth mechanisms. However, customer contact felt like a process where you get passed around departments. Additionally, paying most of the cost upfront limited our ability to address issues. I would consider these windows again, but the contract terms were overly generic and restrictive, which is concerning. Signing off on satisfaction immediately after installation feels unreasonable and may infringe on consumer rights.
