I would strongly advise caution before ordering from ECOLYMP.I ordered a vacuum and it was marked as dispatched on over a month ago. Since then I have experienced ongoing problems with delivery and communication. The tracking shows the parcel moving around England with multiple “delivery attempts”, including messages saying “no recipient at the property”, even though I was home and no one knocked or rang the doorbell. The tracking system now shows the parcel as “on hold pending recipient instructions”, yet I have never been contacted by the courier.I have tried repeatedly to resolve this:- emailed the retailer several times since early February and have received no response.- I attempted to contact the courier using the details provided, but the email addresses bounced and the phone number listed on their website does not work.- There appears to be no way to contact the delivery company directly. Phone number invalid and all emails bounced.At the time of writing, nearly 30 days have passed since dispatch and I still have not received the item or any response from the retailer. Because of the lack of communication and inability to contact the courier, I have now had to open a dispute with my credit card provider.I would recommend that anyone considering ordering from this website research carefully and read other customer reviews first, as several people appear to have reported very similar experiences.*Someone did reply to my question regarding their product. But nothing after I purchased. So yes - they are trying to take your money.*I also contacted the supposedly director of the company via Linkedin. No response.
