I would strongly advise caution before ordering from ECOLYMP.

I ordered a vacuum and it was marked as dispatched on over a month ago. Since then I have experienced ongoing problems with delivery and communication.

The tracking shows the parcel moving around England with multiple “delivery attempts”, including messages saying “no recipient at the property”, even though I was home and no one knocked or rang the doorbell. The tracking system now shows the parcel as “on hold pending recipient instructions”, yet I have never been contacted by the courier.

I have tried repeatedly to resolve this:

- emailed the retailer several times since early February and have received no response.

- I attempted to contact the courier using the details provided, but the email addresses bounced and the phone number listed on their website does not work.

- There appears to be no way to contact the delivery company directly. Phone number invalid and all emails bounced.

At the time of writing, nearly 30 days have passed since dispatch and I still have not received the item or any response from the retailer. Because of the lack of communication and inability to contact the courier, I have now had to open a dispute with my credit card provider.

I would recommend that anyone considering ordering from this website research carefully and read other customer reviews first, as several people appear to have reported very similar experiences.

*Someone did reply to my question regarding their product. But nothing after I purchased. So yes - they are trying to take your money.
*I also contacted the supposedly director of the company via Linkedin. No response.

DO NOT Deal with this company i have…

DO NOT Deal with this company i have paid £430 for a Neff oven/microwave waited over a month track parcel as it all over england even said tried to deliver twice now awaiting info from recipient but I have no number to contact the courier in fact I have no idea who the courier is.No replies to my emails.THIS IS A SCAM and Google should take down their web site

Item has not been delivered and company won't reply to email

I have tried, repeatedly, to find out when my appliance will arrive.The tracking data suggests it is in the UK and an attempt has been made to deliver - but it is nowhere to be seen. I have emailed EcoLymp three times - no reply. I feel I have been scammed.

Total SCAM do not give this company…

Total SCAM do not give this company your money. No legit phone number. I’ve been Waiting 4 weeks for a delivery that should have come in 14 day ago. Numerous emails later and still no answer. It’s now in the hands of my bank.

AVOID

AVOID. Scam website. 100% 1* reviews despite TrustPilot showing a higher score.Like everyone else has said, they make it look like your order is on the way but you’ll get nothing and you won’t be able to contact anyone.The company director’s home addresses are visible on Companies House so they’ll come unstuck sooner or later.

This is a scam website

This is a scam website, they even use a scam distribution company to make it look like the goods are enroute but you cannot contact anybody from the company. I have filed a claim through my credit card company... avoid at all costs!
