There is a price difference no doubt, but it comes with good reason. Never have I ever experienced such a resurring hands off process before. This is coming from someone who has gotten burned by independant developers on multiple occasions, and at one time had my website held ransom and threaten to shut the site down when a developer lied about the scope quotation and requested for alot more money before handing the site over.TLDR; Dont scrimp on your business's website. It's literally the face of your company in this new age. Use the best, spend the money, focus and redirect your time spent managing a sub par developer into scaling your company instead.
