We hired a company to create and maintain my real estate website, including a plugin for live property listings. Since February 2025, the system has completely failed—properties stopped displaying, listings disappeared, and key pages broke. Despite ongoing payments, no solutions have been provided. We were told that repairs would cost $175 per hour for their own malfunctioning product. Months later, nothing is functional, and my agency has suffered losses in listings, commissions, and reputation because clients can't see properties online. We have given them every chance to fix this, including evidence and escalations, yet the service remains unusable. For a company responsible for the digital infrastructure of real estate agencies, this is unacceptable. The damage to my business is significant. The company needs to take responsibility and provide functional, modern solutions without further charges for their failures.
I have never encountered such an unprofessional and dishonest service. Their support is laughable. Twice in the last 6 weeks, I was unable to upload listings because they had not included certain suburbs in my system, despite these areas existing for years. Other agents using the same platform had no issues. On both occasions, they assured me the suburbs would be added by the end of the business day, but that did not happen. Unfortunately, the management couldn't even get anyone to respond to their inquiries. Please do not waste your time and money; they will complicate your work immensely.
I had a lingering issue with the service for some time, but since working with Farhia, we have made progress. Her consistent updates have been fantastic, and instead of just emailing, she took the time to call and explain the issue and its resolution. Thank you!
