I signed up after seeing advertising on social media that promised a refund of $20 plus $50 if there was no profit. However, after my purchase, I was directed to a refund policy that was quite different from what was initially advertised, leaving me confused and disappointed. Right after signing up, I received security alerts on my phone indicating possible hacking, which raised my concerns about continuing with the service. When I brought this up, my worries were downplayed, and I was labeled as being “overwhelmed,” which was not accurate. The refund policy requires a 90-day commitment regardless of safety issues, and only a small part of the cost is refundable, which was not clearly communicated in the advertising I encountered.

Frustrating experience from the start.

I honestly haven't had the chance to fully explore it yet. What I can share is that as soon as I accessed my account for the store, I was required to watch tutorials to get everything set up. It turns out you can only use your store for the initial $20 for a mere 3 days, which includes the time taken to create the site. After that, you need to subscribe to a monthly plan. They currently have a promotion for $1 for the first three months. Additionally, every other tutorial seems to push for more expenses. I doubt I'll earn more than $50 from this, as I didn’t intend to spend even more. The initial guarantee was just $20. It feels like a pyramid scheme.

I've had an excellent experience with the company thus far. I ordered a website with products, and even though the project is ongoing, their service has been impressive. As English isn't my first language, some aspects were challenging for me initially. I reached out to their support team, and they were incredibly helpful. They responded promptly, clarified everything, and even double-checked details I provided, including photos. Their communication has been quick and supportive, making the entire process much easier for me. I’m still awaiting my completed store, but based on the service I've received so far, I’m confident the final outcome will be fantastic.
