I strongly advise against using this service.

Don't be deceived! This so-called 'local' service, like many others, is actually part of a national company operating from a garage-type unit. They set their technicians unrealistic targets, leading to overcharging on most jobs. If you're seeking a genuine local service, look for a company with organic growth rather than those at the top of paid ads. You've been warned.
This is an unreliable service. I waited all day for a technician who then canceled in the evening. I was told I'd be the first customer in the morning, but after three calls without any follow-up from the technician, I received no response and one receptionist hung up on me. Still waiting for an apology or any communication. Avoid this service to save your time. Their website may look good, but the customer service is severely lacking.
Extremely poor service! I was informed that a technician would arrive between 3-5 PM, but at 4:50 PM, I was told he had to leave due to illness. They promised someone would call the next day to reschedule between 8-10 AM, but no one reached out. When I called at 10:10 AM, they repeated the same promise, but again, no call came. I strongly suggest looking for a more reputable service provider, as this one is truly the worst.
Paul did a thorough overhaul of our TV reception system, including a new antenna. He was quick to respond to my service request, arrived on time, and kept me informed on his way. He explained each worn component and how the repairs restored the signal quality. I highly recommend Paul for any TV and communication needs.
Despite reading good reviews, the technician failed to show up for three consecutive days for an assessment. The first day there was no notification, the second day they canceled at lunchtime, and on the third day, they called late to cancel again. Customer service has been abysmal. I will seek assistance elsewhere.
