Last year, I ordered two pairs of underwear and waited two months for delivery. I was frustrated not only by the delay but also by the attitude of the business. Many others seem to share this experience, as the company tries to deflect blame onto customers while being dishonest about the situation. It's quite strange, and this alone warrants a negative review. I wanted to support local, but after witnessing poor treatment of customers and seeing proof of their dishonesty from another dissatisfied customer, I felt compelled to share my experience. The company needs to take responsibility for its actions instead of hiding behind excuses and evasive communication.
