Caution! This seller canceled two recent orders, providing unreasonable explanations. She was unwilling to honor the discounts applied to my online purchases. Although she stated via email that I would receive a full refund, the orders were marked as 'refunded' on the app, yet my card was not credited. I reached out for follow-up but am still waiting for a response and my refund.
UPDATE after the company's response: they completely fabricated my interaction. I never claimed my neighbor had my package. Their entire response is a false narrative, further proving their dishonesty. I have all the evidence. My experience: I ordered two items and, after waiting over a month, I inquired about my order. They claimed it was on track, yet a shipping label was created the following day. After another inquiry, they said UPS had it, but it was only shipped later. My package never arrived, and they refused to acknowledge their errors. This company is a scam. Any positive reviews seem suspicious given the numerous complaints about quality and service. Avoid this business.
Excellent product and experience! If custom-made underwear sounds unusual, you haven't tried it from this company! As someone who dislikes conventional options and has searched for comfortable undergarments, I was thrilled with my first order three years ago. They fit perfectly and have held up well after many washes. I recently ordered more to replace my old ones. These items are worth every penny!

Out of three items, two were defective (one had a hole, and the tailored dress was several inches too short). The customer service was lacking, offering no apologies and blaming the customer instead. They proposed a discount on a new sweater but nothing for the dress. The fabric colors are appealing, but their honesty is questionable. I doubt their sustainability claims given the unclear fabric sourcing.
