Their entire response is a false narrative, further proving their dishonesty. I have all the evidence. My experience: I ordered two items and, after waiting over a month, I inquired about my order. They claimed it was on track, yet a shipping label was created the following day. After another inquiry, they said UPS had it, but it was only shipped later. My package never arrived, and they refused to acknowledge their errors. This company is a scam. Any positive reviews seem suspicious given the numerous complaints about quality and service.
