I had a very negative experience. I purchased two belts from this platform, and they fell apart within just a few months. When I reached out to the support team by replying to my email invoice, they claimed that they couldn't find my order based on my email address and suggested I might be contacting the wrong company. I then sent them a PDF of my receipt and a link to it on their site, but they stopped replying. The product quality was poor, and the customer service was equally unsatisfactory. If it were possible to give a rating lower than one star, I certainly would.
