I ordered rechargeable pens 🖊️ with laser light after long time I received pen with bottle opener,after I contacted them they offered me $4 compassion. So my advice is don’t buy any thing from this seller.

It is a SCAM.
They advertise 1 item but send a completely deferent one.
Then they tell you that there was a mistake made at shipping. But it to expensive to send it back. Offer a couple dollars back. And you have to pay for new items to be send. I spend over 200.00. They offered me 16.00 back and I can keep what they sent.
What they sent i can get on Amazon for less than 40.00.
Totally incompetent. Never use this company. Ordered some pens, they charged a higher price and screwed up delivery. I am now in the process of suing them not only for the order but also for the pain and suffering
Ordered travel vacuum bags with pump. Took 6 weeks to arrive. Arrived without pump, even though I double checked I got the pump before placing the order, the bags are useless without the pump.
They offered me. $7 refund, I paid $55.
They say I have to pay the shipping back to China for a refund, the tracking said the package came from USA but also from china.

I had a very negative experience. I purchased two belts from this platform, and they fell apart within just a few months. When I reached out to the support team by replying to my email invoice, they claimed that they couldn't find my order based on my email address and suggested I might be contacting the wrong company. I then sent them a PDF of my receipt and a link to it on their site, but they stopped replying. The product quality was poor, and the customer service was equally unsatisfactory. If it were possible to give a rating lower than one star, I certainly would.
I ordered a stainless steel sink drain and received a plastic one. Customer service did not assist. This is a total scam. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.Note: There are many other domains selling the same products. They use the same video on all the sites and show the same web page. They are all bogus. UPDATE: After numerous emails from them, they offered me $3 USD as compensation and then increased it to $5 USD. These people are scum.
I ordered a sink plug/strainer advertised as stainless steel for €20. When it finally arrived, it turned out to be cheap plastic and far too large for my sink. The item was not as described at all.When I requested a refund, the company only offered me €3 compensation, which is completely unacceptable for a product that was misrepresented and unusable.Very disappointed with the misleading advertising and the lack of proper customer service. I would strongly advise others to be cautious when ordering from this company.
A NO star rating would be more accurate! I placed an order on 6/29/25. Was charged immediately for the product but as of 8/19 nothing has been received on this end. All the blah, blah it's in transit answers. One tracking showed the product was coming from from Sweden. Two weeks later their customer service agent sends me a tracking update that says its in transit from China. Who knows, they certainly don't. Have asked repeatedly for a refund but they won't address that question. Obviously this is a scam and I'd advise no one to order from them!!
