The price matched the offer I clicked, so I had no reason to think I was redirected to a different product. After payment, I found out that access wasn’t included at all. I also did not receive the welcome email promised. I contacted customer support multiple times, but each time I got the same generic response, with no acknowledgment of the issue and no explanation for what went wrong. Instead, they kept suggesting unrelated products. I genuinely appreciate the publication's journalism, but this experience with their subscription service has been disappointing. I have canceled and will raise the issue with the relevant authorities.
