The installation is still not completed even after a month. All payments were made before the scheduled installation, but I'm still waiting for the batteries. I was promised everything would be ready on installation day, but there were delays, and I've had no communication from the service for a month despite raising a complaint.

We just had our panels installed. From the start, the service has been wonderful. Our neighbors had their installation done months ago. During our initial consultation, the representative explained everything clearly without any sales jargon. The installation team was very professional and kept everything clean and tidy. Fifteen months later, our solar panel system is still not operational. The installation caused damage to our home, and despite attempts to fix it, the system failed the inspection. I've had to replace the water tank and thermostat, and the system remains nonfunctional. Post-installation support has been severely lacking. We regret choosing this service. Please avoid them.
I paid an advance in October 2025 for an installation of panels. After hearing about poor experiences from other customers, I decided to cancel. It was stated from the beginning that the advance would be refundable, yet getting a response from the team has been difficult, and my refund has not been processed. I'm still waiting for my refund.
